"W's Promise!!"
(To be sung to Bruce Springsteen's "The Promise")
Sultan's workin' fer Victory...the BigMan works downtown...
CM works in a rock and roll band,
Lookin' for that diff'rence-makin' sound!!
We've gotta li'l job up in DeeCeeTown...
We're Right, THAT I know!!
Some nights, I FReep with Black's judges...some nights, I write songs...
We'll follow our dreams just like those RATS do way up on TeeVee!!
We'll Whup RATS' Challengers 'til Left's Benign...Screw the Sosh'lists' and DemonRATS' FReaks!!
Lib'rals' Promise's been broken...DemRATS ain't gonna git MUD's Dreams!!
Folks, we won't haveta challenge Left by ourselves...
Righteous folks got somethin' that we'll embolden!!
I lived a secret...I should'a kept to myself!!
But I got drunk one night and I smoked it...
All our lives, WE Fight Fer Right...
The Fight that Mankind must ALWAYS Win!!
Every day, it just seems hard to believe...
The LIES RATS're believing in!!
Lib'rals're DO-O-OLTS!!! Yo, FReepers, you are so Right!!
Clinton's a HO-O-O!! SlickWillie's Lyin' and Slick Righteous Shall Smite!!
Right won big once off the Normandy coast...
But somehow FRench fergot our loss!!
It's TIME Right fights like we wuz makin' up fer broken spirits...
Of all the liberties we've lost!!
Lib'rals' promise's been broken...RATS Defend TREASON!!
BigGuv'ment steals something from down in your soul!!
Fight when the TRUTH is spoken and the RATS say, "NO JUSTICE!!
Something in OUR Heart Grows Bold!!
We'll Defend the FRee from the Sosh'list RATS...
WHUP the HollyWeirdo Stars!!
'Cuz when the LeftWing hath Broken...We'll Defend Our Righteous Home!!
FReepin' Fer the Soldiers Who'll Liberate Iraq!!
Lib'rals are DO-O-OLTS!!...for the lost lovers and all the fixed games
Thunder Road, for the tires rushing by in the rain
Thunder Road, Billy and me we'd always say
Thunder Road, we were gonna take it all and throw it all away

OOPS, my link above assumes you are already signed into Yahoo. Let me find something else. You need to get to the fantasy sports page after you get to Yahoo.com. It's quite intuitive.

"HURT"
Album: American IV
performed by: Johnny Cash
Original by: Nine Inch Nails
transcribed by:
mhabarta@freenet.de
Key of a-minor
Intro: am C D am D am
I hurt myself today, to see if I still feel
I focus on the pain, the only thing that's real
The needle tears a hole, the old familiar sting
Try to kill it all away but I remember everything
What have I become, my sweetest friend
Everyone I know goes away in the end
And you could have it all, my empire of dirt
I will let you down, I will make you hurt
instr: am C D am C D am
I wear this crown of thorns, upon my liar's chair
Full of broken thoughts, I cannot repair
Beneath the stains of time, the feelings disappear
You are someone else, I am still right here
[repeat chorus]
If I could start again, a million miles away
I would keep myself, I would find a way

I'll try it in a second, but what about that game where everybody picks one of the four seeds #'s 1-16...then you get 1 point fer 1st Round Win, 2 points fer 2nd Round Win, etc. and the highest total wins a
SooperDooperPrize!! I'd say a signed copy of David Horowitz' latest book oughtta be SooperDooper enuff...MUD
BTW...Horowitz is gonna be on the Michael Graham Show this afternoon sometime between 3-7 pm on WRVA-1140...wonder if he's actually in-town?

This country has many challenges. We will not deny, we will not ignore, we will not pass along our problems to other Congresses, to other presidents, and other generations. (Applause.) We will confront them with focus and clarity and courage... Sending Americans into battle is the most profound decision a President can make. The technologies of war have changed; the risks and suffering of war have not. For the brave Americans who bear the risk, no victory is free from sorrow. This nation fights reluctantly, because we know the cost and we dread the days of mourning that always come.
- We seek peace. We strive for peace. And sometimes peace must be defended. A future lived at the mercy of terrible threats is no peace at all. If war is forced upon us, we will fight in a just cause and by just means -- sparing, in every way we can, the innocent. And if war is forced upon us, we will fight with the full force and might of the United States military -- and we will prevail. (Applause.)

Have you seen this video?
It's unreal.
I'm no NIN fan, but I always liked this song. Johnny does it some serious justice. It's heart wrenching.

"BTW...TheBOSS will do the USO Tour with KidRock and CDB and Ted Nugent and El Rushbo!! YOU just watch!!"OK, I will.
Now on the other hand?
You wouldn't be interested in making some kind of a wager on "The Boss'" participation in such an endevour; would you?
Only this time, & assuming you're *game*?
Let's can the ham; let's attatch some real risk to our positions, shall we?
Say...$1,000??
Would that be risky enough for you?
Or should we go for $2,000? ~or more if that'd suit you; just name it, pal.
And not that I don't *trust* you Mud; but, I'd expect each participant [read: you & I] to send a neutral party a $500 certified check we'll just call a "Performance Bond" (to insure against welchers, of course.)
Moreover; this wager will be totally contingent on an original, notarized copy of this posting, signed by your wife being recieved by me here at my home. (~& you already have my address).
*I* will then in-turn send a copy of that original signed "permission slip" to the nuetral party holding the "Performance Bond" monies.
Time limit would be a resonable period, too; say, within next six months ~winner take all?
Moreover, should "The Boss" participate -- in any way whatsoever -- in any *type* of Anti-War "concert," "sit in" OR make any "Anti-War" statement to the media -- any media -- you will be declared automatically the loser & will be expected to send the remaining balance of this wager to said neutral party for disposition (as to be yet determined) within a [firm] 72 hour time frame of said indiscretion, as set forth in the above criteria, from "The Boss."
Understand the *terms*, my FRiend?
Winnings might even be donated to a worthy cause if that'd please you, also.
Say Free Republic; or, any other charity of our mutual agreement?
So Mud, feeling *lucky*???
Or lucky enough to put some serious money where your mouth is when it comes to this cretin you seem to love so damned much?
Let us probe just how deep your faith in "The Boss" really is Mud, &; insoding, *I'll* either learn whether you've really learned anything a'tall about Hollyweird bozos.
Because if I find the truth behind the many POS *entertainers* hasn't penetrated your thick skull?
Then it's my *express* intention to teach you a lesson you'll never forget; &, do so by hitting you where it hurts the most. Your wallet.
Sorry young man, but; "I can't seem to reach you through the U.S. Mail"!! ~as the *old* song once said? :o)
Anyway you think about it & lemme know, because, here's where money talks & *the* bullshit walks.
In any event, know any "good" Judges Sultan?
That boy & I will definitely need the services of a damned good & trustworthy Judge who'll act as an arbitrator -- our "Nuetral" party -- should Mr. Mudboy decide on accepting what'd be tantamount to, "The Mother of ALL Sucker Bets."
...'cuz -- unfortunately -- I sincerely don't think this guy *gets it*, yet.
