I was watching Lieberman on OReilly just before the Hannity Show and Lieberman was stating his full support for President Bush and OReilly mentioned something possible splits in the Democratic leadership. What a shame, isn't it? The Democratic Party is a fish out of water. No credible leadership, no fresh ideas, they are completely out of touch with Americans and their socialist/anti-American agendas are being exposed to the American public in ever increasing numbers.

He could have shut up her completely had he asked her point blank if she thought what Delay did was wrong, followed by the comparison to Daschle.
Further, her point of quoting someone (Delay) speaking disparagingly about NATO and comparing it directly to Daschle slamming GWB was so specious that it screamed for exposure.

She was a putz who avoided the question with a lame case of “they did it too”. He could, and should, have embarrassed her thoroughly.

This must be the newest dem strategy. Brit showed on his show tonight showed a statement by Nancy Pelosi about Tom Daschle. The gist was that Daschle is the true patriot by voicing criticism. Then later, can't remember the source, I heard or read another subtle variation of this theme from yet another dem, and now the account of this shrew.

Bottom line, the dems are trying to construct the situation to be that they can spew venom and not be criticized for it. If you do, in this scheme, then YOU'RE the unAmerican. See?

I just watched David Gergen on Hardball. It's interesting how liberals always try to win every argument by saying how the American people feel. Here's what I believe. The 1st Amendment as well as the Constitution has been distorted beyond recognition away from the original intent of their authors. Free speech in a free society does not necessarily mean that any stupid, evil or destructive word should be spoken in assaulting the character of others. Free speech in it's literal interpretation is NOT in the Bible -- it is not a God-given right as a matter of equality spiritually. God calls us more to keep our mouths shut when it comes to impurity and foolishness, and to speak when we have something worthwhile to say.

Getting credit as being honorable for exercising your right under the 1st Amendment when your words are devisive & actually spoken as a Traitor to this country is irrational.

Daschle is proof of the old saying: Better to keep silent and make others wonder if you're stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
