It seems to me that between ChIraq's message and Blixie's message today, they are both trying to broadcast advice to Saddam to hold off using his chems and bio's...

Notice that he didn't say which side the French would assist.

We can only hope that they help the Iraqis. The French expertise in surrendering could be invaluable.
