I know Kat posted this 12 hours ago, I felt that with rallies planned for the weekend this was worth another post.

"We will be here, watching, celebrating our liberation," says Jacoub Mansour, past chairman of the Chaldean Federation, gesturing to the wooden bar and big-screen television. "It will be so good to be gone with Saddam and to see our people free.GOD BLESS AMERICA AND PRESIDENT BUSH! I can't wait to watch Iraqis destroying all of those hideous portraits and statues of Sadman!

Thanks for this post. I will never forget hearing an Iraqi say he remembers the sounds of the children screaming while they were tortured. As parents and grandparents, for that reason ALONE we need to go in.
God Bless the INNOCENT Iraqi's. May He protect them. Until the crazy man is gone, for GOOD.. they are in danger. They understand these risks, the risks that war causes,..and they are willing to take them. What price FREEDOM??

In the words of Scott Ritter:
QUESTION:You've spoke about having seen the children's prisons in Iraq. Can you describe what you saw there?
SCOTT RITTER:The prison in question is at the General Security Services headquarters, which was inspected by my team in Jan. 1998. It appeared to be a prison for children toddlers up to pre-adolescents whose only crime was to be the offspring of those who have spoken out politically against the regime of Saddam Hussein. It was a horrific scene. Actually I'm not going to describe what I saw there because what I saw was so horrible that it can be used by those who would want to promote war with Iraq, and right now I'm waging peace.

Those of us at the Valley Forge rally had an overwhelming exposure of emotions from the stage.. One was a family introduced...... Iraq family. They were living in Iraq in 1990+ during the "last event".. their son was a young teen & idollized the marines (our guys)
Now he is in the MID EAST and a MARINE. The family got a warm reception & LOTS of applause.
Others there may want to correct/amplify anything I wrote,,,

The Iraqi Americans were out there and loud. The media didn't want to hear them. They weren't fashionable enough for the libstream press. If it wasn't for Free Republic, I would probably ask the same question.

Some of us missed that post.
Those opposing the liberation of Iraq just don't want the facts to get in the way.

Odd I see them often Where are they?
I have several articles on protests by Iraqi Americans supporting Saddam's overthrow.
None on Iraqi Americans actually supporting Saddam.
