Think GLDNGUN missed it by a tad, at this point. No discussion of any kind of new organization on the horizon. Actually, was stated that the U.N. would have a role to play in rebuilding Iraq. (And it was a bit funny to see Tony quickly change gear, in his own statement, stating that we wouldn't be rebuilding from "our attack" but from "the years of destruction by Saddam" -- he quickly interjected that we'd try to do all we can to minimize civilian destruction. It was just a funny bit of ad hoc quick verbal cover when he realized where he was heading).
