Basically the Fab 4 gave the UN an ultimatum to give Saddam a (short) deadline to completely disarm or face force and they gave Saddam an ultimatum to disarm NOW or get out of Iraq or war is coming soon.

Heads up:

The English reporter on Fox News said they had reported on reports of what Blix said. He got a hold of Blix personally and Blix denies the report and says he did NOT make the "conference seemed divided" comment.

Reporter taped it and they will air it shortly.
