and his daddy's diplomacy.

That's what scares me. Bush-41 spent too much time with agreeable people.
Bush-43 understands this ain't his Daddy's kind of war.

What if Saddam is inviting Blix to Iraq in order to hold him as a hostage?

Bwahahahahahahhahahah!

I guess Blix was at the Summit? Funny I did not see him on TV. Perhaps your talking about a Blix wet dream?

Totally agree, that's why I come to Free Republic. Fox News doesn't come here until the end of the month. Glad those of you with Fox News are reporting. Thanks.

Good idea - even though I think prices should be stable for a little while even if there is a war. Just worry if this thing drags out.

The upswing in the market alone would more than offset any increase in fuel prices.

Even if Blix were to be held as a hostage, France would probably still not want to attack. They would want to talk more.

Maybe he had a late night in South Beach. Perhaps he's still in the shower?

Well, I agree with some of your other comments. But this "trivial matter" thing with regards to calling off the attack, I'm not so sure. Unless the idea is to take the areas in the south and the north and just leave Baghdad alone for now. I cannot envision the speech Bush would make next week saying that military action is not going to happen right now, just using the "blazing heat" as the excuse. I still agree with some of your earlier posts, something else has to happen, I just don't know what it is.

What a beautiful thought! Saddam is already holding Chirac hostage - has promised to reveal the French connection if he doesn't stop the war.

"Forget the Clinton News Network and watch real news on Fox. CNN is like bad case of genital warts, and they just will not go away."

Yeah, I know. It's kind of like coming upon a car wreck, taking a peak and then regretting it.

Excellent. While I like both men, I want Dubya as my CIC, no doubt about it.
