The RV park owner should have had the proper permit all alongIm not sure of all the details yet this RV yards has been there for years as a busniess with no problem and now with the city getting burned from the news coverage the city comes back with this “your papers are not in order junk”
La Habra PD has been doing some major arm twisting from the time this first broke and now this on a busniess with no problem for years!

This is the best avenue of action. Go the nice way and don't get the city pissed off.
I'm sure their police department is getting reamed at this point for there impotence.
