I agree with Cathy Ryan, Dixie Chicks remind me of two cork screws and a pig. What a shame to disrespect your President of America, I am from Canada and I adore the USA President.

Looks like revenger is a fan of cut and paste. Too bad (s)he is banned but, hey, revenger, if you are lurking out there, we absolutely understand she has a right to express her opinion. She did so. She also has a right to bear the consequences of expressing her opinion. There is nothing in the First Amendment that gives her opinion any more weight than a fart in the wind.

Now we are expressing our opinions. Don't we have that same right? Lipton can choose to listen to us or not. You can mail them and express your support. I suggest you don't call them morons, though. So thanks for replying, revenger, it's good to hear from the eloquent useful idiots once and a while.

I kinda like mine, but yours is good, too. And of course, you and I have the right to express our opinions of the dumb clucks as we choose to, unlike what "revenger" thinks.

Natallie Maines and her dixie chicks are a disgrace to their President,America and the Country fans. I think they should go back to school and get a good education on Business Ethics, and if Natalie Maines is a mother she should be concerned for all the mothers who lost their children at the World Trade Center and travelling Overseas is a risk, they are only doing it for the all mighty dollar.

Check it out, we're a "radical right-wing forum" according to Jan Herman of pMSNBC.com. He's linked this thread in his blog.

I am very happy to see the youth movement about the war. I do not believe an apology was necessary. He wanted a war two years ago...wait till they blow up LA!! If the Republicans didn't have Bill Clinton to talk about there would be silence. The Presidency is being ran by Cheney if you need it spelled out to you. I am ashamed they put Dubya in the WH. So when all you are out of work and pan handling remember what he did for you!

My family and I are frequent Lipton tea drinkers, and my grandmother has been drinking it every day for YEARS. We are all big fans of your product. However, we are also proud Americans.

I discovered today that you are sponsoring the Dixie Chicks on their current tour. I know that Lipton is in no way responsible for the misguided views of Natalie Maines, and it is unfortunate that your support of her has garnered Lipton the "black eye" that it has. However, as their sponsor there must be some option which you can exercise to disassociate Lipton from this mindless liberal.

As a long-time Lipton fan I will be watching your response to this. As a proud American, I will be switching brands - as I'm sure my grandmother will - until Lipton has withdrawn its support of Natalie Maines.

as a native texan i chose to support those who are ACTUALLY FROM my home state. so i went out and bought a CASE OF LIPTON TEA today. i'm proud that there's still real texans who still believe that it's a tragedy how those yankee carpetbaggers wormed their way into our state. i guess some of us still remember when the water in galveston was blue. i'm glad them floridians still get to have THEIR pretty undrilled beaches (good job, jeb). a connecticut yankee ain't got no place in king houston's court. no place at all. i think i'll just boycott soulless top 40 radio instead. cause let's face it- toby keith ain't no willie nelson or robert earl keen. but then i guess talent and musicianship only mean something to lefties who think gw is screwing us out of our homland (not to mention our homeland security act). damn them yankees. guess that's why i voted for ann richards for governor a long time ago- TEXAN TO THE BONE!
