Powell did not know about the drone discovery when he addressed UN SC

MSNBC just had a short clip about the Iraqi drone that the London Times wrote about. It seems that...

the copy of the classified UN document that Powell was reading from when he gave his SC talk did not include the pages referring to the chemical spraying drone that the UN had recently discovered.

Blix said the copy Powell had was only a draft.

Yeah right. Both the draft and Blix's speech overlooked one of the most significant discoveries by the inspectors. Iraq has an previously unknow program to develop chemical srpaying drones.

As far as I am concerned Blix should quit now. He stacked the deck at a critical time.

These drones are the smoking gun everyone's been demanding. The entire Left has whined that we can't go into Iraq unless there's a smoking gun. Now that a smoking gun has been found, the UN hides its discovery. This is a corrupt and criminal game that is totally stacked in favor of Saddam, and it has to END.

The longer I see this utter farce at the SC continue, this diplomatic nightmare of dealing with France and Germany, the more I see the following mental image. Imagine Mike Tyson walking down the street and suddenly, five or six little kids jump out and block his way. They refuse to let him pass, jumping up and down in his face and ranting and raving and whining. What does Tyson do? He just stands there, allowing it. He even argues with them. All he has to do is pound each one of them with a single punch, and after they're lying knocked out on the sidewalk, step over them and go on his way. Instead, he's letting them browbeat him, wasting time.

That's the US at the UN -- Mike Tyson allowing himself to be browbeaten by a bunch of whining little kids. Tyson needs to knock them all out and move forward. Gulliver cannot allow the Lilliputians to tie him down.

Well the resident scum that you mentioned are (unfortuantly) American citizens, protected by the US Constitution and slimy lawyers. The Islamofascist are enemy combatants and we can hunt them down like dogs using the regular services where appropriate and Special OPS folks as needed.

I appologize for provoking your response. I forgot the sarcasm button. I live in Floriduh....er..Florida and spent that whole election cycle with blood pressure high enough to operate a 747. I am also deeply grateful for founding fathers who had the insight to include the electoral college.

Saddamn has obviously been spending some of his billions to buy off politicians and others to save his sorry butt.

I want to know which countries were willing, if any, to sell these drones to the mass murderer Saddamn. If we find any of these drones loaded with WMD's and they came from a country outside of Iraq. They should be returned the capital city of the seller and used the way Saddam wanted to use them. That would stop this BS for the rest of this century.
