You are looking at a dead serious man. A man about to send young men and women into harms way.
This isn't a "for the children" political moment, it's a life and death moment.
Maybe they have strong knowledge that something fairly big, terrorist related will occur when the war starts. But, they don't know exactly where or how.
It would certainly make you leery of proceeding, even though you knew you had to.
It just seems like something heavier than this press conference or potential war is on his mind. Like his full attention is not on this press conference. jmo
