I wouldn't bother asking that question anymore if I were you. I have seen at least ten people answer you and outline why NK is being handled differently than Iraq. Just because you don't like the answers, or don't understand them, doesn't mean they are not true. Go back and read other people's posts to you and think about what they are saying.

President...clear mission....disarmament, means regime change....no doubt there's risks....but its very clear what we intend to do....our mission won't change....

Bush doesn't agree. He says containment and diplomacy will do. AGAIN, IF HE'S RIGHT - WHY ISN'T THAT ALSO THE WAY TO GO WITH IRAQ? Nobody has - or can - explain why. I honestly know VERY little about Vietnam except from what my parents have told me (dad was in the Army in the mid 60s-he was drafted and served his time) but Iraq is NOTHING like what I've heard Nam was like...
