Are the numbers for LA "real". I am in a hornets nest that is hammering me about the *50,000* being legit. I wasn't there so I don't know. How do you get the 50,000 number? Is this verifiable. Have any more images of the rally. That would be nice. I don't care about the number, but it would be nice if it is true. Don't need to give the hornets any more ammo than they already have. I stand ALONE on that list. And I do mean ALONE.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This post (#99) on the "after march" thread should clear things up for you.

God Bless our men and women in the military, God Bless their families, and God Bless all the goodhearted folks who give up some of their time to show their appreciation for our troops via these rallies. Amen to that, tgslTakoma! Fantastic rally you had in DC last Saturday... I watched the entire coverage on CSPAN Sunday. We'll be rallying in Manchester, CT with RaceBannon and the Manchester VFW this Saturday.
Thanks for the ping!

I was heading to Spokanes Rally, 3/1/03, and happened to be looking through my local paper on the way up. There was a Rally for America in Richland, Wa. Richland is one of 3 cities closely knit, where I live, called the Tri-Cities. My family turned our car around to support the local one, Spokanes 135 mile away! ( I was glad to see Spokanes did well.)
There was about 100 people in Richland to start with and since the organizer had it planned for 11 hours it dwindled to a steady 20 after about 3 hours. It felt Good to hold my sign! I also passed out fliers for the Rally For America I am sponsoring 3/22/03 in Kennewick, Wa. By the way, I e-mail, daily, every news program I can and will continue to do so. I let them know there are rallies all over wheres the coverage? Cavutto asked that same question at the end of his show today and lo and behold...the next hour contained footage from one of the larger rallies. It is coming together! We are being heard! Go USA!

Yes, there have pro USA rallies by Koreans in Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Taejon, and even at the gates of some of the US military bases, including the base from which came the APC that sadly and accidentally ran over the two Korean schoolgirls last year.

No, no, no...The number for Los Angeles is wrong...we had about 50 marchers, not 50,000. That's a mis-read of the thread information. We were in the middle of 50,000 spectators at the L.A. Marathon. However, we had one big advantage, our leader Ted Hayes. He took over the finish line crowd and took no prisoners. It was inspiring.
