I live in GA, we don't use touch-print imaging on our driver's licenses. The article is wrong.

Actually we do have finger print scanning in GA. I renewed mine in 1999, the black and white bar on the back of the license is the scanned finger print. We fought this for years before it was finally pushed through.
This is like hitlery's socialized medical care, piece by piece we are getting to the national id card, big brother era.....
