On the O'Reilly Factor They tied Hillary Clinton to radical muslim terrorist.
It is the Sami Al Arian story. Hillary was apparently the first to invite him to the White House.
Actually, it was the American Muslim Alliance that had to return the money. Not that the AMC is any better.
Here's more...
For Immediate Release
October 27, 2000
Contact: Farooq Ansari, 508-898-0055 / Email: fansari@amaweb.org(Fremont, California, 10/27/2000) The American Muslim Alliance (AMA), a civic education Muslim organization, today responded to the controversy over the return of contributions from Boston-area Muslims by New York Senate candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton. In its statement, AMA National Chair Dr. Agha Saeed said:
ìThe recent decision by Mrs. Hillary Clinton to return contributions by Boston-area Muslims was a response to a news item in a local tabloid bearing the headline, ëIsrael Foes Give Hil 50G: Muslim Group Backs Palestinian Use of Forceí.
ìI believe that any American has the First Amendment right to criticize Israeli injustice without being marginalized or intimidated in the American media and political arena. While I support a peaceful resolution of the Mideast conflict and denounce all acts of terrorism, I do not believe that Muslims should feel that they must be silent while Israelis kill those whose land and lives they are occupying illegally.
ìThe peace process is not a license to kill. As long as the Israeli government and Israeli settlers continue to kill Palestinian men, women and children, we will continue to condemn their atrocities and to expose the hideous nature of their neo-colonial occupation.
ìWhether individually or as a group, Muslims should not be judged by some litmus test on blind support of Israel and should not be hindered from criticizing unjust Israeli tactics. As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. had insightfully observed: "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere".
ìThe participants in Boston fundraiser and AMA have been greatly appreciative of Mrs. Clinton's willingness to include all Americans in the American public life. Therefore, contrary to assertions by Ed Koch and others, AMA has not, nor will it, seek to undermine the First Lady's campaign, particularly in view of Lazioís xenophobic and divisive approach.
ìWe are, however, deeply troubled that Mrs. Clinton has accepted accusations about a major mainstream Muslim organization by a New York tabloid without inquiring about the accuracy of those accusations. This lack of inquiry was clearly demonstrated when she said that she was "offended by remarks attributed to the members" of the AMA. While we understand her political predicament, we are profoundly disturbed by her hasty generalization about our organization. Mrs. Clinton has likely been the victim of a vicious smear campaign, orchestrated once again, by those who oppose justice and fairness in the Middle East. It is unfortunate that a prominent politician once again succumbs to anti-Muslim McCarthyism. Boston AMA members whose checks are now being returned as well as many among the estimated one million Muslim and Arab-Americans living in the New York state have expressed deep disappointment in Mrs. Clintonís recent public statements.
ìWe believe this attempt at political marginalization is being prompted by groups that have maintained a monopoly over Americaís Mideast policy for the last several decades and who perceive a threat in the increased participation by Muslims and Arab-Americans in this country's political process. In this smear campaign, ethnic and religious stereotypes, distorted information, partial citations, and complete fabrications are used as tactics of intimidation. Some xenophobes, under the professional disguise of journalism, are calling political candidates and asking outright racist questions, for example, " We understand you are accepting contributions from Muslims."
ìWe denounce this bigotry in the strongest terms and we expect every decent American politician to say, 'Yes I am because I am seeking to represent all Americans and I will not tolerate the exclusion of any community or its legitimate representatives'.
ìDetermined to fight the anti-Muslim McCarthyism, AMA encourages its members and all Muslims to re-double their efforts at participation in this year's election. Muslims are encouraged to register, vote, volunteer for campaigns, contribute to candidates, and run for office. As a major mainstream American Muslim organization, AMA will carry out statewide get-out-the-vote campaigns in the swing states of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin and Florida. We also plan to vigorously participate in the senatorial elections in New York and California. The nationwide publicity generated by Mrs. Clinton's recent remarks has only served to increase our resolve and visibility in making a difference in our communities all across America.
ìFinally, AMA unequivocally denounces terrorism by both sides: Israeli as well as Palestinian. Some reports imply that I and, by association, AMA, support 'armed struggle' in the Middle East. Nothing could be further from the truth. My reference to a particular UN Resolution was a reference to the reasonable and peaceful route that the Palestine Authority had adopted through the Oslo Accord even when the international legal community had afforded them the option to pursue their independence through armed struggle. The existence of this international precedent of allowing armed struggle for the Palestinians also serves as a reminder of the urgent need for a just peace in the
Middle East. It is a reminder that there cannot be peace without justice. At the request of various media representatives, I am providing the following excerpt from a UN General Assembly resolution from the mid-1970's, which is still on the books, and which recognizes a right to armed struggle for oppressed peoples. UN General Assembly Resolution 31/34 of 30 November 1976, [C]ondemning all governments which do not recognize the right to self-determination and independence of all people under colonial and foreign domination and alien subjugation, notably the peoples of Africa and the Palestinian people, "[R]eaffirms the legitimacy of the peoples' struggle for independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial and foreign domination and alien subjugation by all available means, including armed struggle[;]".(End)
LINKNice bunch, huh?
Well at least this got him away from being the sex police for a few moments. 90% of O'Reilly's shows have been about sex of some kind or the other. Has me thinking that he might himself be a pervert in a perverted kind of way.
Sen. Clinton a Threat to U.S. Security
Hillary Tainted by Bin Laden Cash

In any event, isn't this thread about Hillary Clinton's affiliations with terrorist sympathizers? I've named two, how about you?
