In lieu of the Virginny Ham, brewskis, & stoogies as wagered in the bet between Mudboy Slim & Landru, contesting whether or not Terry - "KingRat" - McAuliff - would be indicted for anything whatsoever more serious than a parking ticket by August 13, 2003?

Landru, instead (of accepting his winnings as set forth above), will expect one Mudboy Slim to take his wife -- Mrs. Mudgirl a.ka Renee -- to a very nice 5-star resturant of Mudboy's choosing; moreover, Mudboy Slim will be required to take with him the Judge -- "Sultan" -- as a chaperone & witness.
The "Judge" shall have three tasks:
1) Make sure the scoundrel doesn't take the Lady he married to a Wendy's.
2) Make sure the scoundrel doesn't seduce his beautiful bride -- visa vi copious amounts of grog -- into agreeing to that 3rd child...while on Landru's dime.
3) Make sure the Judge eats to his heart's content so he walks away feeling like a Thanksgiving Turkey, as compensation for the trouble Mudboy Slim caused.

This settlement is effective as of this day, Sunday March 2, 2003 and no substitutes will be accepted, therein; moreover, Landru will require *proof* [read: reciept] Mudboy Slim has met his obligation via the "Judge" who shall mail said proof to Landru's studio.

Have at it Judge; consecrate this thing & let's move on.
