I also recieved a copy of the Washington Times. I ordered it from an unknown person called Angelwood. She sent it priority mail. I was so thankful that someone would be so nice to a complete stranger except for the Free Republic Camaraderie.
It is this camaraderie among Freepers that is our Strength.
Thanks Angelwood for being an example we can all follow as we strive to grow.

What a nice post. Thank you for coming to the thread, Bert!

I sent out hundreds of copies of the Washington Times ad with George Washington "How Would He Vote." I promised not keep the names and addresses; but I did form some very lasting friendships with some of the people that I sent the papers to. I'm glad I was able to help you out. It's a beautiful piece of work -- worthy of being hung in a museum.
And you are so right about the camaraderie at Free Republic. We don't all have the same viewpoints on every issue, but we can still care for and respect the opinions of others. Free Republic probably didn't start out to become a great family, but that's what has happened.
It was real nice to see you again at CPAC, bert.
