I sent out hundreds of copies of the Washington Times ad with George Washington "How Would He Vote." I promised not keep the names and addresses; but I did form some very lasting friendships with some of the people that I sent the papers to. I'm glad I was able to help you out. It's a beautiful piece of work -- worthy of being hung in a museum.

And you are so right about the camaraderie at Free Republic. We don't all have the same viewpoints on every issue, but we can still care for and respect the opinions of others. Free Republic probably didn't start out to become a great family, but that's what has happened.

It was real nice to see you again at CPAC, bert.

I was one of those to whom you sent the Washington ad, Angel. And I have never forgotten it. I have a picture that you haven't seen that I will e-mail to Billie (only e-mail I have of a hostess who might be here right now) and hope she will post it on this thread.
