Bacon Man has a suggestion for Opera users:
He turned off all caching in Opera and instructed it to reload the page automatically at one second intervals. It's probably putting some kind of load on her but it's still loading the page pretty quickly.

My lawyer buddy says that since none of us are public figures, this could be considered portraying us in a false light, and we possibly have a claim. We might be able to get an injunction to get them to remove the picture, and possible monetary damages.
Does anyone know a conservative attorney?

Your lawyer buddy is right, although it might be a tough case to prove. I'm not sure that anyone who wasn't there could identify any of the people in the photo. I can't, although I don't know everyone in HAT. And without that, it's just a slam on Freepers in general, which is fair game in political debate.

I do think there is a difference, Eaker.
Post #32 is simply "making fun of herself".
Post #43 is having some of us using epitaths that if shouted in public, would get us sued for discrimination.
However, maybe we should get them a dose of their own medicine. BTW: The photos of the leftists in the Feb 15 After Action Report, those are ACTUAL, not doctored photos.
