I suppose it's too late to change the schedule, but wouldn't a slightly more civilized starting hour be better?
If I were you, I'd run from 10-7 instead of 8-5.
When's the registration deadline? I'm slightly cash flow challenged until the beginning of March.

Six of one half a dozen of another.
1. If we start late, people might be disappointed they couldn't get home earlier.
2. People may want to go to dinner than out on the town with local FReepers. It's difficult to start that at 8 or 9 (after cleaning up, resting, etc.).
3. The hotel has a function in that room later in the evening.
4. Can't please everyone...heheh.

The other thread has it on April 27th. Perhaps that thread should be pulled.

A typo, further down it is corrected. However, as you have just shown, some people won't get down that far.
