Please tell me where it specifically states in the UN Charter that no member of the Security Council can serve as Secretary-General. Thanks.
Good question - and I'm having trouble finding the answer. I'll do some research on that.

I don't have a copy but how about under the duties of the Security Council.
She shows that they are to make the recommendation....must be guidelines!
