Are you listening to Cohen? What an idiot! Says if we just give our evidence and facts to the allies in the U.N., they will come along with us. He is ridiculous! Says we should not go to war unless we can guarantee it will be smooth and easy. Another idiot trying to act like he knows what's going on.
Cohen is worried that Saddam will spread anthrax among the Iraqis before we attack. Real risks here...as if there aren't if we don't attack. Says inspectors should be given more time until our allies are onboard. LOL! What a joke!

We (in DC area) get FoxNews at 9:00, Chris Matthews at 10, and MTP at 10:30... I'll shovel snow following Fox.
Cohen is such a loser -- I guess he has to have these views in order to look at his ugly mug in the mirror each morning. And he has to rationalize what was done during the Clinton Administration -- Did Tim ask him about Charles Krauthammer's article this past week about the Clintonites "kicking the can down the road" on every major strategic threat for his entire administration?

Clark isn't being quite as bad as I thought he'd be, but still cannot get over the fact he thinks we haven't given our allies enough information. The intelligence community is shocked at the information Powell DID release at the UN speech a few weeks ago.

Bill Cohen:
"...On a Sunday morning talk show in 1997, then Secretary of Defense William Cohen hoisted a 5-lb bag of sugar aloft and declared that an equivalent amount of anthrax spores could kill half of the population of our nation's capital..."

But, But , But...I thought Iraq didn't HAVE any anthrax? (sarc)
I'm not in front of TV--just watching commentary here (my favorite spot anymore). Did anybody on the show catch the double meaning about the anthrax? Challenge him on it?

Brit Hume said this time period very much reminds one of the period leading to WWII in Europe. Hurray. After reading the Threatening Storm followed by The Last Lion about Churchill in the 30's, the analogy cannot be stated strongly enough.

Uh...yes, I do...my mistake. This guy is running for president as a RAT so he has to go against President Bush. He knows better than what he is saying. He sounds like clinton...we know they have WMD but we shouldn't move without the U.N.'s approval. Clark doesn't think Iraq and bin Laden are connected...Iran and NK more of a problem. Should focus on Al Qaeda. He just doesn't think the Bush Administration has handled anything correctly...Russert does not challenge anything he is saying. Nothing.

Wow, even Bill Kristol is on today. I had not heard about the Portugese minister taking on the Germans. Me, too. I thought one of the best shots was from the woman from Spain, answering the French-fool: "Mr. Blix's report has not said one word that is the only requirement of Resolution 1441: Iraq must disarm!"
To: Dog
I saw that. Brit is on fire this morning. Had to switch Clark off (although he isn't quite as bad as I though and actually espouses going to war in a mong vs. several months).

Exactly. Lots of them weren't crazy about giving out that much ...and these fools are demanding more???!
Why in the Sam H*ll would we want to turn over anything of significance to the FRENCH of all idiots, after the ways they've behaved?
Do they expect us to shoot ourselves in the foot? shhesh

At least they made Clark take off his uniform. Or maybe he actually had the grace to do it. I lost all respect for him during Kosovo.
He's talking about how wrong it is to go to war in Iraq unless all our allies are on board.

What would the country do without FoxNews right now? Really.
Brit's on fire this morning.
re. the French UN Ambassador, "Smooth talking pretty boy."
"The statement of the Russian PM that inspections are going smoothly is astonishing!"
"It is an indulgent delusion and it does very much remind you of the period before WWII." Brit re. French/UN appeasement.
"At the last count there were 44 nations prepared to help with this."
(When we win the war). "I think that it's very likely that the Iraqi people would treat this as a good thing.....Will France and Germany (then) say that they aren't going to help at all (in re-building)?" (No.)
