The Dems stepped in it, big time. Hispanics have been calling in to Rush---he took four in a row, and said he could have taken 100 today---who are outraged over the Dems' treatment of Estrada.

Every one claimed to be either a Dem or a "former" Dem, with a couple of them virtually switching today. They ALL spoke highly of Bush. The idiot Dems have no idea how badly this is hurting them!!!

Asians have ALWAYS voted Dem overwhelmingly. It goes back to the late 1800s and perceptions that the GOP was behind the "Chinese Exclusion Acts." (Some of both parties were involved).

But I'll call you on this one. I seem to notice that Hawaii just elected a REPUBLICAN ASIAN WOMAN as its first GOP Gov.!

I believe you are right about Cisneros...and I think he was indicted for something too, but this isn't about "being first to nominate an Hispanic" in my opinion. It's a battle over principles and ideology. The Dims treat minority population groups as if they are workers on their big ol' welfare plantation. The Republicans (or Conservatives) believe in the INDIVIDUAL's right to prosper which is true freedom.
