BTW, regarding the pot, the dude would have been bringing it into this country, an action which is well within the Constitutional regulator powers of the federal government to regulate. Unfortunately, they're too busy prosecuting a guy growing weed for medical marijuana use that doesn't cross state lines, instead of doing their actual Constitutional duties of guarding the border.
