Very interesting theory, but....let me poke a few holes....first, she'd have to give a better reason that that to get the rest of the Dems to go along.....especially the 7, or 17, who are running for President.....BTW..do you have info as to what the six pack have said.....what did Holy Joe say?...and has Biden said that he'd vote against cloture?..I think they're gonna cave in a few days..give a big "for the good of the country" speech...try to regain the high ground....this way they've gicen some red meat to their base...and they'll exact Pickering's head and maybe Owen's as a consolation prize

We have not heard from the Lieberman et all about this nomination. Can guarantee you that the Senators from the RAT side don't want any of this information ever out on the Clintons because they were part of the coverup and refusing to go see any evidence and removing him.. There is more at play here.

Hillary Clinton controls that Senate with an iron fist for whatever reason and if she tells them to jump, they will say "how high!" Her reasons to them could be simple as him being pro-life, bad for women, etc., but trust me, she is in charge and no one will question why. She brought in the hack lawyers to defeat this nomination. It is my belief one of the reasons why is that Estrada has seen information on the clintons and their minions. She cannot have him on the D.C. Circuit!

That is why it's important to get a vote and see EXACTLY WHO will vote against Estrada

But the Dems don't want it on record for ALL to see and that is why they are blocking it
