It's not just the north, right? It's the LA region just as much as the S.F. area. Most of the rest of the state is in the red zone (past elections).

The Hispanic Congressional Caucus actually refused Republican hispanics membership, but THAT didn't make the news. These are FAR-left, Lula, Castro, Chavez supporters, most who don't pldege allegiance to THIS America.
More on Miguel's detractors: What Legacy from the Radical Internationalism of 1968? , the VLWC - how the Marxists used and incited various groups to join them in mass angst - Black Panthers, Rainbow Coalition, Young Lords Party, La Raza Unida Party, American Indian Movement.

Everytime someone thinks that this Republican Senate is going to fold, you are going to hear from me.Good for you, nice to hear there are so many that are NOT as 'skeptical' as I am. I have done what I can, emailed, called (hard to get through), and finally, I just spent $15.00 faxing 20 gimmies with a protest. We need to win this one......BIG TIME!

To: NYC Republican
Well, typically Right/Left is divided into South/North respectively.
Its true some parts of both break the mold, but generally, the north you go, the more liberal it gets.
To: Howlin
Yup, which only goes to show that they are trying to draw this out as long as they can, but it will back fire on them big time.
To: MeeknMing
Did you hear him last night while Hatch was speaking? First he asked for 6 hours and a vote, than till Friday and a vote, than a week and finally two weeks from yesterday.
Reid said no to all of them.
