Boy's bombshell: Michael Jackson had sex with me

13-year-old's court declaration describes romps with pop star

The bombshell court declaration of a 13-year-old whose family was paid multi-millions by pop star Michael Jackson over allegations of child sexual abuse has finally seen the light of day, revealing in graphic detail the sexual relationship the two shared, reports The Smoking Gun.

The four-page document signed by "J. Chandler" under penalty of perjury, posted on the Court TV affiliate's website, is purportedly the September 1993 statement given by teen-ager Jory Chandler, which was the basis of his family's claim against Jackson for sexual battery, willful misconduct and emotional distress. Following the settlement, the family dropped the charges.

According to the document, the two became friends after Jackson visited the rental-car business operated by Chandler's stepfather in May 1992. Chandler was 12.

Chandler states Jackson would call him from various locations on his concert tour. They would talk for hours about video games, water fights, Jackson's 3,000-acre California ranch, Neverland, and famous people they both knew.

Ten months later, according to the document, Chandler visited Neverland with his mother and half-sister at the invitation of Jackson. Jackson and the boy spent the whole weekend innocently playing together. Their activities included jet skiing, riding golf carts and playing video games.

But things progressed.

The document describes the two began sleeping in the same bed together a month later, while the boy, his mother and sister were staying at the Mirage Hotel with Jackson in Las Vegas. The two had watched the movie "The Exorcist" in Jackson's bedroom. The boy was scared afterward and Jackson invited him to sleep with him in his bed. There was no physical contact on that first night. But from that night forward, according to the declaration, they began sleeping together regularly at Chandler's house, Neverland and at hotels in New York, Florida and Europe.

Chandler purportedly states in the document that "physical contact increased gradually." It progressed from hugging, to kissing, to Jackson putting his tongue in the boy's mouth.

Whenever the boy resisted, the document reads, Jackson would cry and complain that the boy did not "love him as much" as other boys do.

The document reveals the turning point in the relationship happened during a family trip with Jackson in Monaco in May 1993. Chandler states that both he and Michael Jackson had colds, so they stayed in the hotel room all day while his mother and sister went out.

"That's when the whole thing really got out of hand," Chandler states in the document.

He then relates the details of a sexual encounter with Jackson while the two were taking a bath together, and afterwards. He states Jackson named some of his friends who had also had the same sexual contact with him.

This sexual activity took place "many times" until their relationship ended in July 1993 when Chandler's father obtained custody of the boy and he began living permanently with him.

The Smoking Gun claims all the exclusive documents it posts are "100 percent authentic."

WorldNetDaily contacted the Santa Monica, Calif., law firm whose name is stamped along the side of the document to verify its authenticity. The firm confirmed it handled the Chandler case. The secretary of the attorney involved with Chandler's court declaration said the firm had not verified "word-for-word" that what was posted on the Internet was the real declaration.

If authentic, the document undermines the singer's latest attempt to rehabilitate his troubled reputation, although the attempt itself has largely backfired.

Jackson's psychic-friend Uri Geller convinced him to sit for an interview with Martin Bashir. Bashir is best known for interviewing Princess Diana. According to Geller, Bashir "promised it would be a constructive production."

As WorldNetDaily reported Tuesday, the British documentary "Living With Michael Jackson" had its debut in London and the U.S. this week. It aired on ABC's 20/20 last night.

In the program, 44-year-old Jackson admitted he loves sleeping with boys and recently encouraged a 12-year-old cancer sufferer to sleep in his bedroom. Both claim no sexual contact occurred during the sleepovers at Neverland.

"It's what the whole world should do," Jackson told Bashir.

Although he claimed only "very few" boys had actually stayed in his bed, Jackson strongly defended the practice, saying: "Why can't you share your bed? The most loving thing to do, is to share your bed with someone."

Despite persistent questioning from Bashir, Jackson defended his desire to sleep close to young boys, describing the practice as "very charming" and "very sweet." In fact, he recommended that the interviewer do likewise, sleeping in the same bed as friends of his own children.

"I tuck them in and put a little like, er, music on and when it's story time I read a book and we go to sleep with the fireplace on. I give them hot milk, you know. We have cookies. It's very charming. It's very sweet. It's what the whole world should do," said Jackson.

Bashir concluded in the film that Jackson is obsessed with children. But the singer dismissed fears of sexual molestation, saying: "When you say bed, they make that sexual. It's not sexual. We're going to sleep."

When questioned by Bashir about the settlement with Chandler, Jackson said: "I didn't want to do a long drawn-out thing [trial] on TV like O.J. [Simpson] and all that stupid stuff. It wouldn't look right. I said, 'Look, let's get this over with. I want to go on with my life. This is ridiculous. I've had enough.'"

Tom Sneddon, the district attorney in charge of the Chandler investigation, is paying close attention to the new allegations of Jackson "sleeping with boys," a spokesman told the London Times.

Meanwhile, Santa Barbara County officials are reportedly considering launching an investigation into Jackson's fitness to be a parent. He has three children. In November Jackson caused gasps around the world when he dangled his baby son, Prince Michael II, over the balcony of a Berlin hotel, appearing briefly to lose control.

Following the broadcast on Makers Granada Television in England, Jackson released an angry statement calling the program "terrible and unfair" and saying he felt "betrayed."

"Everyone who knows me will know the truth which is that my children come first in my life and that I would never harm any child," said the statement.

The television station issued its own statement defending the program: "We stand by our program - it is a truthful, open and intimate portrayal of many aspects of Michael Jackson's extraordinary life."

I saw a clip of Jacko's ex-wife, and she is just as crazy as he is. They also showed pictures of the children, and I'm not a genetics expert, but what is the probability of Jacko and this woman having TWO toe head children????

BTW, what kind of sick bastard would show the movie 'The Exorcist' to a 12 year old??? Oops. My bad. Jacko would.

First, what on earth would the boy's mother be thinking in allowing her son that much exposure to an adult male. This ain't the Big Brother program. Seriously, most parents aren't fit to raise dogs, much less children.

If Mikie loves sharing beds that much, then the govt. of CA, if it had any backbone, would give Mikie a bed to share with someone named "Bubba" or "Tyrone" at Folsom.

No offense to anybody name "Tyrone" or any Bubbas out there.

As I recall, Jackson paid this kid and his family several million dollars.

Some might say that was simply to settle the case and move on. However, with Jackson's money, if the charges were false, why not file a slander suit against the family?

Tom Cruise has (successfully) sued people simply for alleging he is gay, let alone a pedophile. He has even sued people who will never have enough money to pay off the judgements, just to make a point.

If Cruise could do it, Jackson could have also. The fact he didn't is "the smoking gun."

Phew... I was worried for a sec that I was a sick bastard, but my kids were 10 and 8 when they saw that... And yet, years later they are well-adjusted young ladies, albeit with an unhealthy fixation with green pea soup...

It's time for the Prince of Pop to be popped, but good.

Only a sick person says things like this about "sleeping with boys". Notice, like a true pedophile, he thinks what he is doing is "so right and wonderful", part of the deception he is indulging in. What's "wonderful" to him is devastating to a child, and carries scars for life.

My take on this is-Michaael has always been effeminate. But something happened to him in 1983--and it was reflected in his music. From "I Want to Rock with You" to "Thriller"--check out the videos--he changed for the worse that year. It's been downhill for him as a person ever since, even though, professionally ,his music was acclaimed worldwide.

He is a very sick individual, and has been for a long time. In fact,he IS a has been.

He needs a reality check, therapy, and to be thoroughly ostracized until he confronts his problem and it is dealt with.

If I recall correctly, this incident occurred before the O.J. Simpson case.

My fantasy, and it is only a fantasy, is that we can make FR a Michael Jackson free zone. Sorry to intrude, but it is all tabloid, and distasteful tabloid, and frankly nauseous. End of rant.

I thought that too.His plan was to probably scare the kid into his waiting arms, then he could make his move from there. That movie has been known to have psychologicly scarred some adults, let alone a young kid.My wife won't watch it to this day.

Guess the psychic didn't see this one coming?

That would probably be the thing to do,but to me,reading everyones thoughts about this is more interesting than the subject himself.

Q: What happened to the guy who couldn't keep up payments to his exorcist?

A: He was repossessed.

Good one.By the way,did you let the girls see the uncut version?I'm not putting you down, just being curious.Years ago ,we were watching the edited version on Network TV at a friends house stoned out of our minds, when the tossing bed scene came on.My brother started messing with me,trying to freak me out.One of our friends started on me too. Then they started thinking about it and freaked themselves out. When the devil started screaming, they went into the kitchen and begged me to change the channel. It was funny as hell. They waited for me to walk home before they decided to leave too.

The older boy isn't a towheaded blonde - Jackson dyes his hair. In the ABC/BBC documentary, the roots were obvious. (I know I shouldn't have watched, but once I started it was like a car wreck, I couldn't look away.)

I actually found Jackson's fans more disturbing than Jackson. A girl in Germany begged Jackson to let her hug him, and afterwards sat down on the pavement sobbing with emotion. Wherever he went there were dozens and dozens of people with banners and presents, pleading for him to touch them, hug them. After watching that, I think they're crazier than he is -- and no wonder he's nuts, ANBODY would be mental if they were surrounded by people worshipping you like a god.

I do trust WorldNetDaily. If this is the case then I will recount my views that MJ is only mentally ill and not a pedophile. I am one that has doubted the allegations since the family took the money but never prosecuted the case. If it had been my child I would have done everything I could to put the guy away and keep him from other kids. The settlement has always left a doubt in my mind as to the truthfulness of the allegations. I thought they might have taken advantage of his weirdness to get rich. In fact, I thought it was pretty weird that they let the kid stay there in the first place. And people think MJ is strange. These families are just as wacko.

We rented it... not sure why, but they seemed to think it was a comedy. They laughed a lot through the movie... and even now, if we should, god forbid, have pea soup, trhey have to make the obligatory "Look Dad! I'm Linda Blair!" joke... Drives their mom crazy, and I encourage that ;0)

(By the way, have you heard they are making a sequal to the Exorcist? In the Exorcist 2, they bring in the devil to get the priest out of the child....)
