Boy's bombshell: Michael Jackson had sex with me

13-year-old's court declaration describes romps with pop star

The bombshell court declaration of a 13-year-old whose family was paid multi-millions by pop star Michael Jackson over allegations of child sexual abuse has finally seen the light of day, revealing in graphic detail the sexual relationship the two shared, reports The Smoking Gun.

The four-page document signed by "J. Chandler" under penalty of perjury, posted on the Court TV affiliate's website, is purportedly the September 1993 statement given by teen-ager Jory Chandler, which was the basis of his family's claim against Jackson for sexual battery, willful misconduct and emotional distress. Following the settlement, the family dropped the charges.

According to the document, the two became friends after Jackson visited the rental-car business operated by Chandler's stepfather in May 1992. Chandler was 12.

Chandler states Jackson would call him from various locations on his concert tour. They would talk for hours about video games, water fights, Jackson's 3,000-acre California ranch, Neverland, and famous people they both knew.

Ten months later, according to the document, Chandler visited Neverland with his mother and half-sister at the invitation of Jackson. Jackson and the boy spent the whole weekend innocently playing together. Their activities included jet skiing, riding golf carts and playing video games.

But things progressed.

The document describes the two began sleeping in the same bed together a month later, while the boy, his mother and sister were staying at the Mirage Hotel with Jackson in Las Vegas. The two had watched the movie "The Exorcist" in Jackson's bedroom. The boy was scared afterward and Jackson invited him to sleep with him in his bed. There was no physical contact on that first night. But from that night forward, according to the declaration, they began sleeping together regularly at Chandler's house, Neverland and at hotels in New York, Florida and Europe.

Chandler purportedly states in the document that "physical contact increased gradually." It progressed from hugging, to kissing, to Jackson putting his tongue in the boy's mouth.

Whenever the boy resisted, the document reads, Jackson would cry and complain that the boy did not "love him as much" as other boys do.

The document reveals the turning point in the relationship happened during a family trip with Jackson in Monaco in May 1993. Chandler states that both he and Michael Jackson had colds, so they stayed in the hotel room all day while his mother and sister went out.

"That's when the whole thing really got out of hand," Chandler states in the document.

He then relates the details of a sexual encounter with Jackson while the two were taking a bath together, and afterwards. He states Jackson named some of his friends who had also had the same sexual contact with him.

This sexual activity took place "many times" until their relationship ended in July 1993 when Chandler's father obtained custody of the boy and he began living permanently with him.

The Smoking Gun claims all the exclusive documents it posts are "100 percent authentic."

WorldNetDaily contacted the Santa Monica, Calif., law firm whose name is stamped along the side of the document to verify its authenticity. The firm confirmed it handled the Chandler case. The secretary of the attorney involved with Chandler's court declaration said the firm had not verified "word-for-word" that what was posted on the Internet was the real declaration.

If authentic, the document undermines the singer's latest attempt to rehabilitate his troubled reputation, although the attempt itself has largely backfired.

Jackson's psychic-friend Uri Geller convinced him to sit for an interview with Martin Bashir. Bashir is best known for interviewing Princess Diana. According to Geller, Bashir "promised it would be a constructive production."

As WorldNetDaily reported Tuesday, the British documentary "Living With Michael Jackson" had its debut in London and the U.S. this week. It aired on ABC's 20/20 last night.

In the program, 44-year-old Jackson admitted he loves sleeping with boys and recently encouraged a 12-year-old cancer sufferer to sleep in his bedroom. Both claim no sexual contact occurred during the sleepovers at Neverland.

"It's what the whole world should do," Jackson told Bashir.

Although he claimed only "very few" boys had actually stayed in his bed, Jackson strongly defended the practice, saying: "Why can't you share your bed? The most loving thing to do, is to share your bed with someone."

Despite persistent questioning from Bashir, Jackson defended his desire to sleep close to young boys, describing the practice as "very charming" and "very sweet." In fact, he recommended that the interviewer do likewise, sleeping in the same bed as friends of his own children.

"I tuck them in and put a little like, er, music on and when it's story time I read a book and we go to sleep with the fireplace on. I give them hot milk, you know. We have cookies. It's very charming. It's very sweet. It's what the whole world should do," said Jackson.

Bashir concluded in the film that Jackson is obsessed with children. But the singer dismissed fears of sexual molestation, saying: "When you say bed, they make that sexual. It's not sexual. We're going to sleep."

When questioned by Bashir about the settlement with Chandler, Jackson said: "I didn't want to do a long drawn-out thing [trial] on TV like O.J. [Simpson] and all that stupid stuff. It wouldn't look right. I said, 'Look, let's get this over with. I want to go on with my life. This is ridiculous. I've had enough.'"

Tom Sneddon, the district attorney in charge of the Chandler investigation, is paying close attention to the new allegations of Jackson "sleeping with boys," a spokesman told the London Times.

Meanwhile, Santa Barbara County officials are reportedly considering launching an investigation into Jackson's fitness to be a parent. He has three children. In November Jackson caused gasps around the world when he dangled his baby son, Prince Michael II, over the balcony of a Berlin hotel, appearing briefly to lose control.

Following the broadcast on Makers Granada Television in England, Jackson released an angry statement calling the program "terrible and unfair" and saying he felt "betrayed."

"Everyone who knows me will know the truth which is that my children come first in my life and that I would never harm any child," said the statement.

The television station issued its own statement defending the program: "We stand by our program - it is a truthful, open and intimate portrayal of many aspects of Michael Jackson's extraordinary life."

I will say this line is taken out of context from the interview. Yes, he said this but he clarified it about letting someone sleep in your bed while you take the floor. In the sense of giving the guest your bed to sleep in. Just want to make the clarification since the news keeps leaving that part out. I wonder why? I know I didn't imagine what was said in the interview.

I know what you mean! One of my older male cousins came to stay with us for awhile, when that movie came out. He, my sister, and a family friend went to see it, I didn't!

Anyway, I could tell it was really something, when my cousin came home, went straight to the kitchen, and muttered that he "needed a stiff drink!". Of course, he and the two girls talked about it for a long time, laughing about it, and shaking their heads.

This cousin really likes horror movies; he had also been to Vietnam w/the Marines! This movie gave him pause, I think! I knew why I didn't watch it, just to see his reaction!

I laughed through it too.But I was laughing at my brother and friend. This was around 1978 or 79 before VCR's beame popular. You had to wait a few years for a movie like that to come on television[if you weren't too young to remember then].Of course that was state of the art special eefects back then.It prbably looks silly to kids nowadays use to the computer effects they have these days.

I think today's effects may be a big part of it... Although, maybe not in my kid's case - I remember when 'Starhip Troopers' hit the theatres. I had read the book, and wanted to see it. Couldn't find a baby-sitter, so I took the kids (against the 'conventional' wisdom of the day) with me to see it... I knew there wouldn't be any problems when, during the movie, my oldest piped up "Whoa! Cool! You can see inside that guy's head! Awesome!"... Oh, the looks I got... ;0)

(And yes, I remember when VCRs came out)

Read his own quotes. Then come back and tell me why you don't think the guy is a pedophile. Ignore the stuff from Chandler, Jacko's own words are 100% proof that the guy has unnatural relations with boys.

However, he's rich and famous and can sing, so he should get off the hook. It's all just a witch hunt anyway. </sarcasm>

We still have a VCR, but it's use has dwindled ever since the X-Box arrived, and family night means we play HALO together... It also plays DVDs, so we've switched to that and the video tapes collect dust...

There was a lawyer on one of the News stations, Fox I think, who had represented Jackson back then. He even said that M.J. had descended to a point that was tragic. He suggested that M.J. was not given good advice since then. He said that M.J. is surrounded with sycophants that tell him how wonderfull he is.

He said he is one of those people who shut off the control box, or fuze box, or something; in their mind, that tells them that what they're doing is wrong. He said it is usually a wife, friend, brother or sister, parent who is around to do that; and M.J. doesn't have that.

So he's able to be dishonest with himself, and others, and get away with things he knows is wrong. (Hey, that sounds like someone we all know, doesn't it? That guy called B.Clinton!)

I was tempted to watch the Jackson documentary on ABC last night or Thursday (whenever it was). However, I had a bout with a stomach virus earlier in the week and was afraid that it would return were I to view the show.

After reading this, it just may.

Hey those are the same circumstances under which my mom took me to see The Godfather. I thought the horse had poured paint on the bed. Only lasting effect is that mob movies are my favorite genre. I saw the Excorcist edited for network TV when I was 11 or 12, even with the cutting and the commercials it scared the hell out of me, still don't like ouija boards. IMHO the scariest movie ever, largely because the kid is so sweet and innocent and you just can't justify what happens to her.

LOL... I remember seeing the Godfather, too, but it didn't do much for me... I liked horror flicks... although, after we all watched 'The Exorcist', for weeks after my mom would get freaked out when I would fake demonic possession... ah, memories...

Oh that's cruel, your mom must be very nice or you wouldn't have made adulthood. I did the "duuu-du" from Jaws for months... and yet every time it got re-relased (remember re-releasing? before VCRs, I actually saw Jaws in LA, Chicago and Tucson thanks to re-releases) she took me again. I think Ben Gardner's head coming out of his boat was her revenge on me (still makes me jump).
