Yes. As far as I know, Florida is the only State with smallpox vaccine available for all citizens. I've been away but think that is right.

Give the Iraqi people a chance to live in freedom. That's a pipe dream. Those people don't know anything about freedom, they don't trust it, they don't want it. You can't force freedom on a culture that is against it, and a country like that with a bunch of people that believes the gov't should be run under Muslim law will never be able to live in freedom.
Hopefully there is a solution that is between freedom and what they have now. Not sure what that is but I'm trying to be optimistic that we can help them find it.

I actually took it a different way...not with us "dusting" the Iraqis, but the other way around...with civilian targets at someplace like, say, Disney World, where my family will be...

I don't think it's the troops that are on the hit list. No, you're right. Bush's reference to UAV's on ships was pretty danged specific -- more like a warning that we know something. I'm pretty sure we track every surface ship on the open ocean, so we probably also have a reasonable set of ships that would qualify as launchers.
But if the attack is not targeted at troops, it means our troops are still there, and ready to roll. A thermonuclearly stupid move on Saddam's part.
But if so, I have read them chemical assualts on the Iranians weren't as effective after the first time (yes, there was more than one time) when he caught them off guard.
FWIW, Blix's UN report noted that Iraq had used close to 10,000 chemical warheads agains Iran.

You missed the part about how he will talk about how he (Clinton) is such a great guy helping the AIDs problem in Africa. All the while he is continuing to line his pockets with American dollars.

someone held captive starts to sympathize, and even love his or her captors. Bingo. I am flabbergasted watching this show on "should we go to war" the subtle tricks used to manipulate emotions in one direction or another. gauze filtered montages of the lives of people who run anti-war websites...

Why did he come out and speak? We are looking like bluffers, clinging to the unrealistic hope of Hussein being intimidated into leaving on his own, Say, isn't that what the Taliban thought in mid-October, 2001? My guess is we don't quite have all the forces there that we want to take Iraq apart piece by piece, but will by the end of this month.
