"Welcome" but not require. And how does this fit in with "The game is over" statement. I think we're going to be ok.

It's a last chance for the UN."
EXACTLY!!!!!!!

This is not a last chance for Saddam... It's a last chance for the UN. I agree. I think he said Sadaam blew his last chance. Now it's the UN's last chance.

This is not a last chance for Saddam... It's a last chance for the UN. Exactly, USMA. That's how I read this, too.

"The game is over." That is an ominous four words.

I love this man. Democrats are $hi++ing themselves right now
To: RoseofTexas
Rose, we are not going to announce when the war begins! Think about that! Saddam could hide all his stuff and attack us first!
What this said is that we are not intimidated by the UN, we will let them go with us if they have the gumption, and we will be going soon, so they had better get on board.
I say by the end of the month.
To: Terriergal
That was a powerful delivery- not in anything he said, but how he said it. Agreed. Firm. Blunt. No barbar streisand...
To: Catspaw
I don't think the President is going to ask for Congressional approval now. He got it in November, and he's going to use that authority. Just mho.
To: Interesting Times
This is not a last chance for Saddam... It's a last chance for the UN. I agree
