I'm sorry - be clear - did Powell link Saddam to US antrhax after Sept 11th or was it for illustration purposes of the amount at issue?

He did not explicitly link him. He was illustrating what havoc a small amount of anthrax caused and said Saddam has the capability to make much, much more.

He just listed a LONG list of agents they are capable of making.

Heck, I've had the flu for three days now. I was scared to death that the Markets, i.e., Nasdaq, Dow and S&P would take a major dump. I'm in the S&P Market, and everything is looking great.
