Networks are discussing Powell.

Feinstein said she hates to say it, but that Powell in fact made a very good case that further inspections are basically useless due to evidence of their subterfuge.

She states the UN must enforce their resolution or they in fact will be irrelevant.

Here's what Sen. Biden said: "If I had this evidence before a jury that was an unbiased jury, I could get a conviction."

To get a criminal conviction, you need to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. In foreign affairs, it's often necessary to operate with much less certainty than that. But Powell's speech may have met the proof beyond a reasonable doubt standard.
