I didn't know what to expect from this speech, but I never expected this. Especially after hearing Rumsfeld say yesterday, "There is no smoking gun." Powell is doing a great job. I couldn't figure out what that clapping sound was until I looked up and saw him slapping his hand on the desk.

He is a damned liar, but he's also a fool. He thinks that nobody will refute his claims with "sensitive" facts. He's been slapped down several times because of this miscalculation. You'd think he'd learn.
