To paraphrase a quote by William Bennett, we should be careful not to confuse fame with significance.

Hoolywood is controlled by unions. Actors follow the party line. They know their lines. Celebrities are mostly vain people that put on public facades. They say and do things that they know their handlers want to hear and see.
Ronald Reagan was right when he pointed out the Leninists within the studios.
Most of the celebrity artists have some talent which leads them to think they are superior in some fashion. They can't bear to think of a conservative having more influence than they. They attack industrialists, religious icons, anything that reminds them how small they are and how subordinate their art is. They hate having to bow before a master. They want to be remembered, they want everyone to pay attention to them. They are egotistical tyrants and often act as little dictators to their attendants.
If they want to act or sing or dance, then they have to kiss some liberal rings and perform lecherous acts. I could care less for the Hollywood syndicate political gas passing through their "beautiful people" or hyped icons.
