He just beat down Actor David Clennon [sp?] from the CBS series "The Agency".
Completely demolished him and his position. The guy tried repeatedly to fillibuster but Sean just turned off his microphone everytime he tried.
It is so enlightening to Listen to a Liberal duck and dodge.
Great job, Sean.

I caught the 5:00 hour on the way home. You're right. Clennon is a nut-case who doesn't know how to shut up.

Hubby and I just debated if we can still watch "The Thing" and we decided it was okay because Clennon was such a waste thru'out the movie -- "The Right Stuff" we're not sure about -- have to balance Ed Harris with who ??

If you are looking for conservative stuff... I am not really looking for conservative stuff. I will watch any movie that holds my interest. I realize that acting is a job only.
But, I will not watch any movie or buy any music from those that become activists who I disagree with in ideology or politics.
But, I will go out of my way to support James Woods because I like his style and stance on the issues.

Yeah, David, "the U.S." hasn't enforced the will of the U.N. every time it should have. Particularly during the Clinton years. With the exception of Kosovo.
clinton did NOT go to the UN on Kosovo.

Clennon can be compared to a Nazi who allows killing by a dictator.

I remember seeing Woods on Leno's show not too long after 9-11. Leno wanted to discuss what happened on the flight where Woods happened to be in first class with some of the 9-11 highjackers that were making a "test run." Of course, he could not discuss it, even though some of the details had already been leaked to the press by a friend of his.
I distinctly remember him saying on the show that he voted for Bush in 2000, and that he was probably one of the few people in Hollywood that did. He said that he thought that Bush showed remarkable restraint after 9-11, because if he had been president, he would not have shown ANY restraint. I can't recall what he said he would have done, but it was along the lines of using nukes and he was really angry.
I do recall that he was a democrat when younger, but so were a lot of people. I think he is solidly on the right now.

All i could hear clennon say most of the time was "your not alone your not alone" It made him sound awful ALONE lol. And when woods chimed in he was UTTERLY ALONE. Sean ripped him a new one and woods helped gas up the chain saw.

>>if we can still watch "The Thing"<<
If anyone out there wants to watch Clennon get torn up then burned with a flame thrower, by all means watch "The Thing".
Kurt Russell is in it. I'm trying to figure his politics. I know he's a hunter and gun owner. He seems somewhat liberatian.

The Anti-War libs are making their position very clear. It is not about war, it is about "Bush Bashing" Nothing else.... ding ding ding ding ding...we have a winner.
Dems & libs still ticked about 2000 and for that matter 2002 have grabbed hold of this as a way of venting their frustration. They joined up with perennial anti-war people and now have a major platform and "movement" of people to slam Bush. Simply asking any anti-war person if they were against Kosovo, Haiti, or Somalia will let your know what they really are against.

I'm looking at Clennon's pic, and he, like Mike Farrell, has a huge forehead.
Is this some sort of physical trait of Hollywood liberals?

I saw/heard the Danson character's trashing Republicans. The writers are in danger of being indicted for grand larceny for stealing from every noble loner, humanitarian doc, cop, reporter, teacher, caregiver sitcom for the past twenty years. The characters are physically unattractive, I mean really repellent, and that includes Danson whose toupee and plastic surgery are almost as frightening as his vacant-eyed dumbness.
There is no dialogue recognizable as moving a plot forward, only prurient one-liners. There is slapstick with a woman in underwear or nightclothes climbing through Danson character's window after locking herself out of her apartment. This is repeated many times presumably to help
dense Republicans recognize sophisticated stage-craft when they see it.
This show is simply awful. There is even a "Happy Days in Slumville" diner where the characters meet and overhear phone conversations they misinterpret as sexual and then there is much sniggering, eyerolling, mugging, really embarrassing. Having a child become a paid assassin would be preferable to having him stumbling through this squalid and socially worthless mess.
The paste and scissors crew who slap this thing together (that they actually sit around writing it is simply beyond belief) probably have a dim comprehension that this crappola will not be watched by Repuplicans, even those who were formerly Democrats and so not highly evolved intellectually, so they can safely insult them.
Whew. Even the production values are dreary. Seedy chic. Ugh.
