YOU MADE US LOVE YOU

(Sung by a gaggle of freeper maidens as they gaze at a photo of Clark Gable....oops, Mr. Registered)

Dear Mr. Registered,
We're writing this to you
And we hope that you will read it so you know
Our hearts beat like a hammer
And we stutter and we stammer
Every time we see your ear and shoulder show
We guess we're just some fans of yours
And we thought we'd write and tell you so....

CHORUS

You make us love you
We freepers love your graphics, your very witty graphics
You make us love you
You stop our mental traffics, we double up with laugh-ics
You make us happy
You always make us glad
Then there's the times, sir
You drive the liberals mad
We love your ear, sir, we love your shoulder, too
But it makes us fear, sir
We'll never get a frontal view
Give us, give us what we cry for
We bet ya have the kinda face we gals would die for
C'mon........ you know we love you
Boop boop a doo!

Leni

Hey, thanks Abner. Glad to see some photos from CPAC. I appreciate you calling my attention to the thread.

The FRN Booth looked great. All those Freepers having a good time make jealous. Next year...

Morning Abner! Hope you and VOC had a pleasant drive home Saturday evening :) RE: McAwful: When he was having his picture taken with us (myself and Diotima) he called over to his aide, "Hey, these are those whackos!" I replied: No, we are Middle America!" I believe it is Interesting Times who took the photo. Also, one copy was printed out and signed by Michelle Malkin. I believe it is winging it's way to our good friend Registered's hands. Hopefully he'll come up with something "appropriate." hehehe Terry McCaulife himself said he'd post a pic on the DNC website and have some "fun with it." I'm not worried, I believe we'll hold our own. (Right, Registered?) Also, I don't think Terry took a photo. I bet Registered will volunteer to send him a "copy" of ours :) lol

Good morning, er, I mean, ahhhhh afternoon. I slept almost a full 36 hours. CPAC was wonderful, exciting, and I met a lot of great people again this year. You can't imagine the amount of people who either Freep or lurk that I meant wandering around the hall and at the booth.

And of course we have our infamous, er I mean famous freeper from Florida "Seeking the Truth", who singlehandley delayed the VP's appearence at CPAC! He made it into the Washington Post on Thursday! What is it about Floridians? First Gonzo and now ...

This conference is well worth attending for the networking, information and of course meeting other FREEPERS and having fun and brain-storming on where we are going next and how to proceed!!!

The booth as usual, was very well attended by loads of Freepers, people interested in becoming Freepers and just plain ol' curious folk who just might be and probably are Freepers.

Registered's talent shone and was a definite draw. I heard people in the lobby mentioning to others that they should go by and see the display. Thanks Registered! Sorry that I missed meeting you while you were there, maybe next year!

Taxman and I attended all cocktail parties and both dinners. The opening luncheon with Cheney was filled and they had to close it. Sigh, didn't get to meet the VP, but that's okay, I met more important people, the ones behind the scenes who do the actual work, etc.

A great big thank-you to THE CLUB FOR GROWTH and Steve Moore for donating the booth to the NATIONAL RETAIL SALES TAX ALLIANCE. The FAIR TAX.ORG people also shared the booth with us.

The best part, as always, was the time that was spent with other FReepers. I've got to take a break and wait for some more memories to surface. (smoke break time)
