According to MSNBC, they say the female postal person is driving, the hijacker obviously ordering her where to go...She must be terrified. just made a u turn, doesn't go on the inter-state. He's driving through neighborhoods, little 2 lane neighborhood streets, stopping and starting, speeding up then slowing down...really strange.

It may be the hijacker is doing the driving, I'm not clear on that.

Fox just reported the mail person is driving the truck and the hostage taker is giving her instructions. Person is talking with the police over a cell phone.

Wonder if postal truckjacker is trying to score some drugs. Can't imagine why they keep stopping and approaching individuals in predominately black areas. Lots of people out on the streets.
