Last Wednesday, Michele Curay-Cramer's name was on a list of more than 600 names in a newspaper advertisement in support of abortion rights.

Today, she is out of a job.

Curay-Cramer, a teacher at Ursuline Academy, an independent Catholic school for girls in Wilmington, was fired Monday by the school after school officials saw her name on a list compiled by the Coalition for Choice, an abortion-rights advocacy group that commemorated the 30th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision last week, according to a school spokesman.

You wrote: 'This stuff happens all the time. "

But don't you see, if we expose them and put pressure on their hypocrisy and lack of integrity in promoting and abiding by the Teachings of The Church and Magisterium, this "stuff" will stop.

Here's a copy of my letter to Ursuline:

"Mr. Botto, Thank you for defending the faith and dismissing Curay-Cramer for her pro-death stance. As a Catholic living in Ohio, I was very happy to read that your school believes in teaching the faith with teachers who are faithful. Or at least, teachers who do not not openly thwart Church doctrines.

You and the entire staff of Ursuline are to be commended. God bless and keep up the good work."

She can always work in a public school where they are more liberal about that type of thing,>>>

She would probably be their hero.

Larry Lied used to have a great freeper home page with some great stuff regarding how bad the schools are, his account is now closed, I wish I had copied all of his links.

The beautiful part is that she realizes that people actually see her as a danger to children. She is. The board's actions said to her in no uncertain terms: "Being under you influence is dangerous for any child."

Say it loud, say it proud.

Okay, so there's at least one good Catholic school in Delaware.

What do you bet that the reason she's lawyered up is that she hasn't got a teaching certificate & can't GET a public school job?

"I miss my children terribly," she said.

And I miss the ones you're partly responsible for killing.

I think this is more prevalent than we think. My daughter taught in a Catholic Middle School and one of the teachers advocated infanticide as well. And guess what.....she taught religion.

I pray teacher screening tightens up in the parochial schools.
