McCain looks around to "poll" if he should stand snarl.

Nothing has distracted Saddam from pursuit of his weapons. UN gave final chance. He has shown contempt. 108 UN inspectors were not sent for scavanger hunt. It was to verify disarmament. Iraq must show....weapons and destroy them as directed. Nothing like this has happened. 1999 he had biological weapons sufficient to kill 7 million people and has not accounted for it or given evidence that he has destroyed it.
