U.N. spokesman Farhan Haq, at first, was unaware that Iraq's turn was coming up. After further inquiry, however, he found that Baghdad will serve as chair, beginning at the end of May, according to a rotating schedule of the 75 member nations done in alphabetical order. I'm not too worried about this. By the end of May, Baghdad is likely to have a new government.

This conference has literally been unable to agree what they are supposed to do for quite some time. They are basically just sitting, burning up money, sitting, burning up money, accumulating parking fines, burning up money, sitting...........ad infinitum
