The police are under no obligation to speak the truth about who is or is not considered a suspect in an ongoing investigation. They can, and frequently do, issue disinformation to the public in an attempt to lull or lure a suspect. Although it may turn out that Amber has indeed been cleared of suspicion, I'm not ready to issue her a clean bill of health just yet.
How was she eliminated? Why? By what standard?
I am sorry she got used by Scott. She obviously did, and he is an @sshole.
And I guess she did the right thing here, let's assume it was also for the right reasons. But that doesn't mean she is a-ok in every way. If an alcoholic saves a baby from a fire, can we suddenly never call him an alcoholic?
So why are we supposed to edit our opinion of this woman? Why is she so sacrosanct?
Other posters aren't editing their opinions about other people in the case. Who waved a wand and made this girl Mother Theresa?
A single mom of a toddler who works giving men massages all day. It doesn't have to be a prostitution thing. Even if she does it because it is what she likes to do, still she chose a job that is rubbing all over partially nude guys all day. If it were a guy that made his living rubbing all over rich women all day, would you ladies all be so quick to defend his honor and attack anyone who dares to judge the morals of the person?
C'mon this kind of stuff makes it fun, anyway! It's all so sordid. I think all of the payers in this will turn out to have been living corrupt, sordid little lives.
I read he was introduced as married, but he DENIED it.
"First of all, I met him on Nov. 20," the single 28-year-old mother said. "When I was introduced, I was told he was married. Scott told me he wasn't married.
Do we know if he even wore one?
Looks like he's wearing a band on that pic (the New Year's Eve "somber" vigil for his wife)....so, he must have taken it off when he met and was with Amber; his denial of marriage AND his removing his band (we must assume), doesn't speak very well of his truthfulness or character, IMHO:
True, true.
But we don't really know exactly why she did what she did, just what she says about herself.
Anyway, I will lay off the woman, so long as she doesn't become relevant again for some other reason.
So what do you think we can expect in terms of Scott's other affairs? Close friend, etc ...
I might be mistaken, but I thought she said he was: ---- "he was introduced as UN-MARRIED." Just heard sound bite on Foxnews- what timinig!!!
OK we're clear, he was introduced to her as UNMARRIED, and then he told her he WAS NOT married.
I caught this right in midsentence to my responding that I could have been mistaken.
LOL! OMG, this thread is starting to talk about Mother Theresa. It's starting to go the same direction as last nights thread.
Correct.
I wonder too if he has had other affairs....good question you raise, although painfully obvious only because I haven't thought of that yet!!
Never underestimate the intelligence or common sense of ""some"" women. Charlie Manson and Ted Bundy recieved lots of marraige proposals from women while they were in jail for murder.
I wonder why he was introduced to Ms. Frey as UNMARRIED?
Was she inquiring as to his marrital status?
No, silly; the top of this thread says he was introduced as married; when she asked he DENIED BEING MARRIED. : )
This is misquoted. She specifically says, He was introduced as UNMARRIED.
I hope they correct this!!!
