Activist Ted Hayes and Justiceville/Homeless USA are inviting Americans of every religion, ethnicity, race, and background to join the March Against Terrorismsm. Our primary goals are: 1) to give all Americans an opportunity to show their outrage against terrorism, 2) to advocate the liberation of people and Homeless people abroad, and 3) to actively support our military through FIT-AIM-ACT.We encourage every American to join us in marching against terrorism, but if you cannot march with us for any reason, we offer ourselves to represent you.To be placed on our list as an anonymous supporter, supporter, or marcher, contact our Director of Programs. Let us know of your support, and if possible, make a donation online or by mail. Your fully tax-deductible contribution will enable JHUSA, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, to fulfill its Homeless defense mission.
Thank You For Your Support.

Ted Hayes told me that he plans to show up WITHOUT a permit, but I would prefer that we do this FReep "by the book" - or not at all.Agree. If a law is unjust, then work to change the law. There is no way I would lend my credibility to acts of disobedience. Leave that for the despots.
Do we try to contact the folks who are running this Marathon - to ask if we can join their event - and risk them telling us "NO!"
Or do we try to go around them, and apply for a "parade permit" from the City
So, if all of these Marathon-authorized "entertainment centers" are operating all along the race course, we should be able to maintain a presence there, too - right?
Of course, ask everyone. They might be willing to help. Refused? Politely request a written explanation for the refusal.
Will the L.A. Marathon folks fight us attempting to add a pro-USA slant to THEIR event? Please, don't pre-judge your audience. Leave the name calling and labeling for our opponents. Sell the FIT-AIM-ACT program by learning all the details. You are a salesman in the marketplace of public opinion. Dress nice. Be pleasant. Smile often. If you believe in FIT-AIM-ACT, this should be an easy sell. Your audience will be pleasantly surprised when they found out they really met a conservative. You have the high ground. Oppose FIT-AIM-ACT? Well that makes you "pro-terrorist." Right? :)
Are they ALL lefties?
If denied access, issue press releases clearly identifying who and what organization opposing the FIT-AIM-ACT March against Terrorism. After you collected all of the details, let them politely know you plan a press release. This plays very well if some anti-USA types were already offered forum access for their ideas. They might suddenly become more helpful. :)
If you need to "rent space," if some faction of FIT-AIM-ACT is non-profit, put out a clear collection jar. Start with a couple of $10's in the jar.
You might also reach out to other groups like Neighborhood Watch. Every act of terrorism is a crime. A good neighborhood watch is the most effective weapon against terrorism.
This Saturday (1/25), I will attend a planning meeting with Ted Hayes and leaders from other conservative groups - like VetsCoR and BOND - who plan to participate in this event.I will report back here after that meeting, but this appears to be a GREAT idea.
VetsCoR shared a display booth with FIT-AIM-ACT and S.A.F.E Foundation at the Veterans Day event in Branson, MO last Novemeber 2002. past announcement thread here
VetsCoR endorses FIT-AIM-ACT and the S.A.F.E Foundation and will continue to work toward our mutual goals of Defense Awareness and Military Support.
