No at all. It proves my point..Latin America is a ding-dong political affair. Getting involved is pointless and useless if it does not threaten America's vital interest (borders life and property). The best hope is to end the cycle of coups in Latin America by supporting (through example and diplomatic encouragement) constitutional institutions and constitutionally governed change in governments.
