Geez! Those pics actually were allowed out?
I noticd that the 'inspectors' weren't wearing protective gear to 'inspect' the rounds. That means either the rounds were thoroughly deconned, or there never was a chem brew inside them.
Unless there was, and the idea is to poison the inspectors.

From my WWII desk calendar for January 16th:
On this day in 1942, President Franklin D. Roosevelt issues an executive order creating the War Production Board. The board's job is to organize and increase the production of war materials by private industry.

How many smoking guns are needed? I've been asking the same question. Things are heating up in Iraq. Time looks to be running out for Sodammed.
Thanks for your excellent work putting your threads together, Dio. Awesome!

I guess they're going to need someone to actually find a catche of nerve gas before they do anything. But it looks like the game is heating up.

(Dan Rather Reports)
In other news, some empty chemical warheads were found in Iraq today by overly aggressive UN inspectors. It should be noted that this "type" of warhead was declared by Iraq in it's December declaration. In an exclusive interview, an Iraqi propaganda officer, a reliable source from my personal past travels in Iraq, has told CBS that Iraq had misplaced these empty, nonfunctional warheads 7 years ago. The official expressed his support for the UN inspectors, and wanted to express his thanks for their finding these long forgotten empty munitions so that they could be destroyed.

The shuttle launch was spectacular this morning! STS-107 lifted off with ants, silkworms, spiders, and carpenter bees--to name just a fraction of the research payload from around the world. A complete list of planned experiments can be found at
STS-107 Master Experiment List.

This reminds me of an ex coworker from many years ago. One night he checked the fluid level in his car battery with a cigarette lighter.
