I heard Rush for a few minutes today and he was saying how there's been a change in Blix's tone over the last couple of days, and he said it was because Blix was just over here recently and met with Condi Rice. Supposedly (and I don't know where Rush got this) Blix doesn't have to give his next report until sometime in March, but Condi Rice told him at this most recent meeting that that March report "won't be necessary". (Quoting Rush, not Rice.)
