[history]
Celeen Hall was sitting in her living room with her father and her daughter Saturday evening in their Highland Park home, watching the Steelers as they went into overtime against the Tennessee Titans. Then the front living-room window shattered.
Everyone dove to the floor, assuming the window had been shot out and that more bullets might be coming. When none did, they ran from the room.

Tompkins told officers he was covered with cuts on his hands and face because he had dived headfirst through Hall's window. He never did well in creative writing classes.

Observe, the "gun" made the difference. Note also, he didn't take her gun and shoot her.
The gun also did not shoot her, her father or her daughter.
And as sure as the sun rises, the 'concerned' physicians, the Million Moms, Sarah Brady and VPC will not count this as a defensive use of a firearm.

What?...no charges were filed against the women for brandishing a firearm...

So he kissed one victim (I'm guessing black?) but knifed the Asian couple? Isn't that a hate crime?

That that is one tough lady ! Ran right over the rascal, and scared him so badly he jumped out the window. ( Bet her husband minds his P's and Q's around her !)

Yesss! I think that possibly all of these people were black, and I am so discouraged when I see that decent people in my neighborhood (which is mostly black) are discouraged by liberals from owning firearms and defending themselves from creeps. Black folks and white folks should get out there and buy themselves guns. The cops will be wonderful when they get there (my daughter is a cop, and a lot of her calls are like this), but if somebody is threatening you, you've got to act right then and there.

All the laws that unconstitutionally outlaw so-called Saturday Night Specials are aimed at keeping low-income people from arming themselves, especially Blacks.

All the laws that unconstitutionally outlaw so-called Saturday Night Specials are aimed at keeping low-income people from arming themselves, especially Blacks. My Daddy (he's white but came up poor and then exceeded all expectations) told me that in poor neighborhoods it is often the fact that "You don't mess with Mrs. King, she has a gun and she will use it."
Cheap handguns are the first line of defense in a poor neighborhood.

Tried to find a cheap handgun lately? No. But I could ask around my cheap neighborhood and get a gun for less than $100 U.S. Not registered, not tied to me, but possibly used in a crime.
This is what the dumba$$, would-be-if-they-could-be hitlers don't understand. If illegal drugs still have a market (illegal drugs are BAD, thank you drug warriors), how much easier is it to smuggle and sell things that are made of metal?

About 25 years ago a friend came back from Florida with a shopping bag
full of .32 Colt Pocket Positives. He sold 'em all for $15 apiece.
Wonder what that little haul would go for today?
