No. But I could ask around my cheap neighborhood and get a gun for less than $100 U.S. Not registered, not tied to me, but possibly used in a crime.
This is what the dumba$$, would-be-if-they-could-be hitlers don't understand. If illegal drugs still have a market (illegal drugs are BAD, thank you drug warriors), how much easier is it to smuggle and sell things that are made of metal?
