Mr. Fox canceled a trip to Texas last August to protest the execution of Javier Suárez Medina, who admitted killing a Dallas police officer during a drug bust.

Nice. He kills a policeman and then his buddy tries to steal from the dead policeman:

It should be noted, however, that life in a Mexican prison is a more cruel and unusual punishment than an execution in America.

Mexico does not have the death penalty except in military courts.

But they do shoot outside of the courts system in that country, where you are guilty until proven innocent and you may never see the inside of a court room. Look to Mexico’s southern border for real time, in your face murder.

The United Nations in partnership with Vincente Fox et al, are poised to undermine American Sovereignty anyway they can; starting years ago, they have stepped up the attack.

E-mail the Texas DCJ’s criminal report to all your news papers and all your friends. Many thanks for that MeeknMing!

Fox is a product of the Clinton administration. Fox has only one interest in this country and that's to take over
most of our southern and south western states. Every murderer, low life is force out of Mexico. Many are running
from Fox or being sent here by Fox.
More and more are leaving Mexico, Why?
Carville and Morris got Fox elected, how and why?
Something big going on with Mexico.
Harry Reid does nothing to stop the illegal immegrants that are coming into Nevada. Many middle eastern hiding among the
huge Mexican population that now exist in Nevada.
With most of our troop out of the country, Richardson will
use his governor seat to flood this country with illegals.
Daschle's seat in the Senate will play a big part in prodecting Richardson.
My opinion: Richardson was very much a part of the Clinton
sell out of this country. Richardson holds a key seat for
Mexico. North Korea my be Richardson's ace in the hold if
his Civil war for America doesn't work out or if Mexico can's defeat us.
Fox must be removed and a new Mexican President is elected
one that will do what's right for Mexico and the Mexican
people. All of America needs to boycott all goods coming from Mexico.

The case "is an action to reaffirm Mexico's confidence and commitment to the principle of the peaceful solution of controversies," the Foreign Ministry said.

The controversy: who gets the cocaine and the money.

The Mexican Principle of Peaceful Solution: Gun down the American and steal the drugs and money.

Apparently The DMN misunderstood, it is the Principle of Appeaseful Solution, where the US takes the usual role as the one grabbing the ankles.

OK, if Vicente Fox considers it OK to randomly murder people out of greed and hate, yet considers it literally a matter of international crisis to go through multiple trials with multiple juries to pronounce a US commitment to the Principle of Freedom and Justice (doing away with proven cold blooded murderers generally goes a long way towards promoting peace). Then maybe we should return tit for tat and just incarcerate those the police feel may be a perp in an outdoor pen surrounded by insurmountable chainlink and constatina wire down range to a public rifle and pistol facility. And in an honor and tribute to the Mexican president, we can make The Fox Principle of Peace Exemption that promises peace by not investigating any stray rounds, or prosecuting any Carlos Hathcock wannabe who may be on the line.

Just as long as there is no color of law involved, Fox should be happy.

Great. I guess Fox figures since we cooperate with him in not enforcing our laws by keeping these people out in the first place that we also should ignore our laws when it comes to prosecuting them for other crimes they commit against us.

"could have resulted in better legal representation and avoided some of those death sentences, Mexico has argued"

"after years of opposing the U.S. death penalty. Mexico does not have the death penalty"

Well, these scum weren't IN Mexico now were they? THAT is the problem! Maybe if they'd committed this crime in their own country they'd still be breathing.

This is a good thing in a way. By taking this matter to the International Court--especially given President Bush's well-known opinions about international courts--Vincente Fox is shredding the last remnants of the understanding they thought they had at the time they came into office.

Bush doesn't owe Vincent Fox a damned thing. In particular, he doesn't owe him any more immigration deals. Bush understandably doesn't want to alienate the Hispanic vote, and neither should any sensible conservative. But he must find a way to open a conversation with Hispanics legally in this country while excluding the illegals. That will be difficult, but the convergence of various trends is making it absolutely necessary.

The Establishment of the United Nations in New York was a serious victory by the USA. The establishment of the World Court in the Hague was a serious victory by the EU.

There's an awful lot of executions going on in Mexico but I guess since those are being ordered by the drug lords, Fox isn't very inclined to do much about them. It's much easier for Fox to try to offend Americans than his drug cartels.
