Good point. World courts are not supposed to have any influence on STATE courts. As in United STATES of America.
The World Court does not recognize a Sovereign nation and we don't recognize them. This is most likely another smoke screen to take our eyes away from the borders while they get 100 lawyers in place. I have taken the last 2 hours to email the story and police report to leading newspapers and mags, my hometown one, and around the country.

We are talking about our National Sovereignty here along with law: if you break an American law, you pay for it, and being an illegal alien is also breaking the law. Presidente Fox is truly below the belt with this one, but I am sorry to say...historically very Hispanic in the way they treat agreements and treaties.
