Actually it does not benefit me as I don't smoke. However, as you say it is a 'known' carcinogen, therefore people going in there will be able to decide for themselves whether they want to inhale the stuff or not. Likewise if the bar staff can make the same decision regarding whether they want to work there or not. Trouble with freedom is that sometimes it means allowing people to do things you don't necessarily like.
